Delaney wins Petite Little Miss Division

My photo today serves several purposes. First it tells me I need to clean off this desk area....This photo was my first try at making a panarama shot with PSE. This is actually 3 photos, all taken from my chair and then merged together to make a scene. The process works very well.

I think I will take some time now and do some cleanup....whether it needs it or not....lol.

Well this is getting me close to being caught up with my 365 project. Although I didn't take the photos this week, they do represent some of the things that are special to me. This kit from weeds and wildflowers really makes it easy, and I am learning how to scrap with templates and pse. Quite an accomplishment. Now to remember to take a photo everyday of something special to me.

Happy Birthday Mom

As I was reading the previous post, I noticed the date. My mother's birthday. I lost my mother when I was 27...that was a long time ago. Happy Birthday Mom.

Made some progress today

Well I worked on this blog some more today and have been able to add a few things. I am learning more about blogging each time I mess with the design on this site. Some things work and some don't. You will soon find that I talk alot about my ggd Delaney. Delaney does lots of local pageants and is the apple of her MiMi's eye. MiMi is her grandmother, my daughter. I spent some time today working on a few things that needed to be altered on her new dress. Since she is in another pageant this weekend, it needed to be finished for them to pickup tonight. I had to alter the choker and fix a loose piece of trim. She is our little princess.

I didn't give up on this blog,

and I think I have it figured out , finally. Once you get it down, you always wonder why it was so hard the first time. I know there are still lots of things to do and to learn, but I think I will quit for the day.

Trying to tweak this blog

What a new experience and a learning one too. I've been trying to get this blog set up to my satisfaction. Soooo , I guess this is my test posting.
